Let me see if I can remember off the top of my head:

There was a self-titled CD, with songs from their first 7" and other songs. Then The Fine Art of Original Sin, a pretty rocked out record. The last, posthumous record was self-titled and is out on Buddyhead. In between there were also a bunch of 7" (e.g. splits with Le Shok and The Icarus Line).

If you haven't heard them, start with either the last record or The Fine Art.

The Almighty Ink & Dagger first toured the US in '96 with an awesome s/t 7", which was included a year later on their "Driver this seven inch wooden stake through my philadelphia heart". I would suggest this as the most pure starting point for the curious listener. 1998 saw their first full length, the utterly amazing "The Fine Art of Original Sin". There were quite a few highly collectable 7" released before and after this release, but I'll let you search them out. Next up, Sean McCabe dies of an overdose. The world mourns. "Ink & Dagger" is released in 2000, and with it, they take all that punk rock holds dear and turns it on it's ear. No one was ever the same after this. Amazing.
